Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of placement.
We charge a flat rate of R99 for all deliveries nationwide. Orders over R800 qualify for free delivery — automatically applied at checkout. Click & Collect is always free.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Major centres: 1–2 business days
- Secondary areas: 2–3 business days
- Rural areas: 3–5 business days
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hush products.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@hush-healing.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the items at no cost to you.
